NZ shipping
Standard orders are tracked via NZ courier
– North Island: 2-4 days
– South Island: 2-5 days
Express orders are tracked via NZ courier
– North Island: 1-2 days
– South Island: 1-3 days

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking link immediately. Please note, however, the tracking link will only activate when your order clears customs in your country, which is usually 3-5 business days days after your order is placed.
Processing times
The approximate timelines are as follows:
– All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
– Orders arrive in your country after another 24 hours
– Processing by final mile carrier takes 1-2 days
– Final mile delivery is approx. 2-5 days depending on where you live
